A reconstrução de defeitos cirúrgicos do nariz constitui sempre um desafio para o cirurgião. Os autores descrevem, com alguns casos ilustrativos, um retalho de avanço muito útil na reconstrução de médicos e grandes defeitos da parede lateral do nariz.
